　クリスマス前に弁護士を伴って仏五輪委員会に話し合いに出向き、ヨロ選代表選考のことでアピールするも退けられたフレデリック。その後、裁判を起していたようです。

'Dambier wins the case

Frédéric Dambier, struck off of the French selection for January 2006 Euros in Lyon
and so, implicitly of the Torino Olympic Games as well, has won the case
before the Cergy-Pontoise administrative court.

The administrative court has suspended the FFSG decision
which struck Dambier off the selection, further to an additionnal test
held on december 20 at Asnière-sur Seine rink, after the first substitute,
Samuel Contesti's appeal to the CNOSF led to the organization
of said additional test. Contesti had won this test, ahead of Alban Préaubert,
Dambier being relegated to a third place which equated to no selection.

Refered in emergency to, the administrative court of Cergy-Pontoise,
competent in the subject since Dambier lives in Montreuil, has considered that
there was a "serious doubt about the legality of the decision taken by FFSG
on December 20" and has suspended this decision, Dambier's lawyer
Didier Domat (of Taylor Wessing office in Paris) said to AFP.

FFSG has declined to comment.'
